What is LLLT?

Little League Leadership Training

We train children aged 10 - 15 on Hoe to be a Leader in the Kingdom of God.
We believe that children are not Leaders of tomorrow only but they are leaders today and grow in their leadership role. We have so far trained 3800 Children. At the end of the program they get "Little League Literature Evangelist".
They Learn the following
a) How to share the Gospel in three minuets.
b) How to give testimony in three minuets.
c) Topical Memory system
d) Servant Leadership.
e) Social skills.
f) How to do Literature Evangelism and Follow-up.

UCFI Church Building Dedication in Andaman - rangat islands.

We have this privilege of building & dedicating one of our UCFI churches planted by one of our LIO in Rangat Islanld - Andaman Islands. We journeyed by car through forest inhabited by tribals by name Jarwas. the Govt. protects them from contact with civilians & forbid taking photographs. even though we saw several jarwa men & women we could not take photograhs. we had to wait and go with the convoy. Rev.Mike & Jennifer Wendland came from woodside bible church USA. They sponsored this church. we are thankful to them.

We have eight Churches planted by our LIO's in different parts of Andaman & Nicobar Islands. These pastors are very poor & work among the poor. You can help by a.) Praying for them b.) visiting them personally and encouraging them c.) Help us to support them, give them materials.

You & your family can adopt a church & pastor to pray for them and support them. We only give seed money to each of them. You can support a pastor and a church by giving them seed money of INR.1500 RS. only.

We are looking for sponsor for prayer & support for LIO planted churches. There are 30 churches that are in need of our prayer & support.

Lay - Leaders & Pastors Library project

Most Christian books Sold in the market today the LIO cannot afford to buy it. Hence we have started a project to help and make valuable books at very less or free prices. Leadership In Obscurity is a phrase that I coined 10 years ago! This came out of a Harvest Force Survey of India. I traveled the entire country during a period of 2 years and did a survey and collected 15,000 data forms. The purpose of the survey was to find out who are effective in planting Churches at the very grass root level? What are their methodology? Strategy etc., This was in order to find common denominators that will help us to formulate a National Strategy. At the end of 2 years I was at first shocked to find that there were only differences of all sorts (ethnic, lingual, regional, cultural etc.,). I was dissapointed and felt that I had wasted time and money on the survey. Very dejected I began to pray and asked the Lord to show me what to do? All of a sudden I began to see the commonality - Almost all of the very successful church planters at the grass root level were 1.Not very educated. 2. No seminary training. 3. Not know to most leadership. 4. were very independent and self motivated, 5.Poor and the list went on and on. I searched for a name to call them. They were obscure and at the same time were Leading people to Christ and planting Churches. "Leadership In Obscurity" seemed appropriate. This blog is about them my heroes of faith!!!!

Why do people make others fall when they pray over them?

This question was asked by my dear brother Sam Kuruvilla! This is my answer to him!

Sam I agree with you 100%. We cannot say that a) All demon possessed fall down when they get delivered. Jesus in His deliverance/healing ministry seems to deliberately stay away from stereotyping. B) All those who are empowered by the Holy Spirit in a special/powerful/mighty way need not necessarily have to fall front or back. C) Being so over powered has some OT references but in the in the NT at the Birth of the Church on the day of Pentacost the Holy Spirit came to dwell permanently in the hearts of those who are Born Again. Being filled in the spirit demands a life long growth and process! This being so there is no need or precedence in the NT scripture to show the need to exhibit falling as a sign of His presence.

The sad part is some ministers want to stereotype methods that make them unique/stand out/more powerful than the rest. It is something like product branding. Some do it deliberately and some may do it ignorantly, all the same they both are wrong. No one method or man can claim exclusive power or access to God! God is not partial!!!

Having made clear where I stand I want to warn you in love of another stereo typing that comes from some well meaning, Bible centered, theologically sound and very correct men and women of God. That is putting God in their theological and Doctrinal boxes. They talk in absolutes even when the Bible is silent. A neutral question I ask without bias "Where in the Bible does it say one should not fall front or back?" You see my brother, while I definitely say that not all need to fall I would also say that it is OK to fall if that is what one felt. Only I cannot claim some extra privilege because of my fall one way or the other.

I have walked with God in the Light of the Scripture for 49 years, I cannot be proud of this in any way but His grace has brought thus far in spite of my infirmities. In my walk with God He taught me one thing very clearly "when the scripture is not clear on a particular point don't make your obsolete doctrine on that".

Finally I know and have practiced a litmus test in these situations - "Does this event or act Honor Jesus Christ" Holy Spirit does not seek attention to Himself. He stays in the background and Glorifies Jesus Christ. In some of the cases of falling etc., The Holy spirit or man seems to draw all the attention. In this case it is not God in action but the deceiver or the flesh is in action.

I love you and admire you my brother. You remind me of me when I was a young minister. I see you doing mighty things fore God even much more in the future. I pray for you often because Satan is very angry at you. I pray that He who has called you for mighty works will keep you safe from the evil one. 1 Cor. 10:12 & 13. 1 cor.1:9.
